Osprey Talent Solutions is supporting a veteran-founded mission integration and data services firm that partners directly with U.S. Government and National Security organizations. This organization delivers operationally relevant data platform solutions that enable mission owners to make faster, more informed decisions in complex environments.
We are seeking a Growth Enablement Manager to strengthen capture execution, improve deal quality, and support strategic federal pursuits. This individual will play a critical role in advancing priority opportunities, supporting capture efforts, and enabling successful contract awards across defense and national security customers.
This role sits at the intersection of business development, capture management, and mission delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture Strategy and Opportunity Qualification
- Support qualification and shaping of federal opportunities aligned with organizational capabilities and mission priorities.
- Drive rigor and structure across capture activities, including strategy development and execution.
- Help improve opportunity evaluation, qualification standards, and pipeline discipline.
- Analyze win and loss trends to strengthen future capture effectiveness.
Growth Enablement and Sales Support:
- Provide hands-on support across active pursuits, from early engagement through contract award.
- Develop and refine capture playbooks, tools, and processes that improve execution and win probability.
- Support preparation of presentations, engagement materials, and customer-facing narratives.
- Partner closely with technical and delivery teams to align mission needs with solution positioning.
Proposal and Partnership Support:
- Assist in preparation and coordination of responses to RFIs, RFPs, and federal solicitations.
- Help identify and support strategic teaming and partnership opportunities.
- Contribute to development of reusable capture content, templates, and institutional knowledge.
- Support coordination across internal stakeholders involved in growth and delivery.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in business development, capture management, or federal growth roles.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, particularly within DoD and National Security environments.
- Proven experience supporting federal pursuits from qualification through award.
- Experience supporting technology, data platform, or mission support programs strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling mission-focused narratives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
- Mission-driven mindset and comfort working in fast-moving environments.
- Experience supporting deployment of enterprise data platforms is a plus.
