Job Summary:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for our clients' manufacturing processes. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements. You will also be involved in testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining the control systems to ensure their optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop control systems for various manufacturing processes

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions

- Develop detailed specifications and schematics for control systems

- Program and integrate PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices

- Conduct testing and debugging of control systems

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with control systems

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

- Provide technical support to clients and assist with training on control systems

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in control systems technology

- Collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion

- Document all work and maintain accurate records

- Travel to client sites as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in controls engineering

- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.)

- Experience with HMI development and integration

- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, etc.)

- Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems and components

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to travel as needed
