As an HR Recruiter at Orvix Engineering, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This role requires a strong ability to communicate, collaborate, and manage recruitment processes effectively to ensure that we continue to build a talented, diverse, and high-performing team. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, source candidates, and guide them through the hiring process. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and passionate about recruiting top-tier engineering and technical talent.
Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Attraction

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract candidates for engineering, technical, and administrative roles across all company departments.

Utilize job boards, social media, networking, job fairs, and other platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.

Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to promote Orvix Engineering as an employer of choice.

Candidate Screening & Interviewing

Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet the job requirements.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and improve interview processes and candidate assessments.

Provide detailed feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Job Postings & Job Descriptions

Write clear, compelling, and inclusive job descriptions that accurately reflect the skills and qualifications required for each role.

Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure that all job advertisements align with the companys values and branding.

Recruitment Process Management

Ensure that the entire recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently, from posting a job opening to the final offer.

Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of interviews, reference checks, and background verifications.

Maintain accurate records of candidates and their progress within the recruitment system.

Employer Branding

Promote Orvix Engineering as an employer of choice by highlighting our company culture, values, and opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging on external platforms about Orvix Engineerings employer brand.

Act as an ambassador for Orvix Engineering, ensuring candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and team culture.

Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions.

Help drive a high level of alignment between the HR team and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Reporting & Analytics

Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.

Analyze recruitment data to improve strategies and optimize hiring processes.

Prepare regular recruitment reports for HR leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Compliance & Record Keeping

Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.

Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and uphold privacy standards in line with company policies.
Required Qualifications

Education:
-
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

+1 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the engineering, technical, or manufacturing sectors.

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.

Familiarity with social media platforms and other digital tools for sourcing candidates.
