Location

St. Davids, Pennsylvania — on-site with a collaborative, professional team in the Main Line area.

Candidates must be actively licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and have at least 3+ years of directly relevant estate planning experience. These are firm requirements.

Job Description

  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their personal, family, and financial objectives
  • Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
  • Guide clients through trust and estate-related matters with a high level of care and responsiveness
  • Identify tax, wealth transfer, and succession planning considerations that may impact client strategies
  • Assist business owners with estate and succession planning involving closely held businesses
  • Collaborate with clients, accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals when appropriate
  • Manage matters independently while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail
  • Develop trusted, long-term relationships with clients and their families

Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing
  • 3+ years of directly relevant estate planning experience
  • Strong experience drafting estate planning documents, including wills and trusts
  • Excellent legal writing, analytical, and client communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage client matters and deadlines
  • Experience with trusts, estate administration, tax planning, or business succession planning is preferred
