Location
East Lyme, CT – This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where you'll work closely with project teams, field personnel, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Note
Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in mechanical contracting or commercial, civil, or industrial construction. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Job Description
- Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Track project progress and provide updates to project leadership.
- Manage submittals, RFIs, drawing logs, and project documentation.
- Assist with purchase orders, subcontract setup, and change order management.
- Conduct jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
- Support labor tracking, cost coding, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and documentation.
- Review project drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents.
- Assist with equipment deliveries, material procurement, and project closeout documentation.
- Collaborate closely with field teams to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in mechanical contracting or commercial, civil, or industrial construction.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, or Autodesk tools is a plus.
- Interest in learning HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
