Location: Ogden, Utah | Full-time | On-site. Enjoy working in a beautiful community at the base of the Wasatch Mountains with easy access to hiking, skiing, biking, lakes, and all four seasons.

Note: Applicants must have at least 1+ year of law firm experience. Strong typing and computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and an interest in family law are required.

Job Description

  • Prepare, draft, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
  • Organize, review, and manage discovery materials and case files.
  • Provide day-to-day support to attorneys throughout the litigation process.
  • Maintain accurate client files and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally.
  • Keep office files and workspaces organized while contributing to an efficient team environment.
  • Deliver detail-oriented, high-quality work in a fast-paced legal setting.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of law firm experience required.
  • Paralegal experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong typing and computer proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • Interest in family law and willingness to continue learning.
