Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year

Location
This is a Los Angeles, California opportunity with an attractive hybrid schedule. After the first 90 days, attorneys work three days per week in the office, offering a strong balance of collaboration and flexibility.
Note
Candidates must have an active California Bar license in good standing and 3 +years of litigation experience. Candidates must also have taken at least one case to verdict as first or second chair.

Job Description
- Manage an assigned personal injury litigation caseload from filing through settlement or trial.
- Develop case strategy based on the facts, venue, damages, and client objectives.
- Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, retain experts, and handle substantive motion practice.
- Prepare cases for trial, including motions in limine, pretrial filings, witness preparation, exhibits, and evidence organization.
- Second chair significant catastrophic injury, wrongful death, TBI, and other high exposure cases.
- Participate in mediations and negotiate settlements while protecting the full value of each client's claim.
- Maintain court deadlines, procedural requirements, and organized case files across your docket.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding strategy, progress, and settlement posture.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, support staff, and the pre litigation team to keep cases moving efficiently.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- 3+ years of litigation experience required. Strong candidates with 3+ years may be considered with meaningful plaintiff side personal injury experience.
- At least one case taken to verdict as first or second chair.
- Hands on experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
- Ability to independently manage and litigate an active caseload.
- Strong legal writing, analytical judgment, communication skills, and client service instincts.
- Plaintiff side personal injury and high damages case experience strongly preferred.
