About the job Corporate/Transactional/M&A Attorney - Senior/Partner-Level
Pay: $135,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
Why this is a great opportunity
- Step into a senior-level role at a well-established, full-service Bucks County firm with over 30 years of client relationships — hit the ground running with a built-in platform and a sophisticated client base
- Lead complex corporate, M&A, and transactional matters across a broad and interesting practice: deals, finance, contracts, nonprofits, and more
- Real earning upside: competitive senior-level base plus eligibility for a 10% quarterly bonus on collected origination fees and a discretionary year-end bonus — your origination and production matter here
- A genuine path to firm leadership for the right candidate — this firm rewards attorneys who invest in clients and the practice long-term
- Collaborative, collegial culture where senior attorneys are trusted advisors, not just billers
- Doylestown offers an exceptional quality of life — a vibrant, historic small city with strong regional access, without the overhead or grind of a large-firm environment
Location: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Doylestown, PA (Bucks County). The role is best suited for candidates already living in Bucks County or Montgomery County, PA. Candidates commuting from Center City Philadelphia may find the drive difficult to sustain long-term — we want to set you up for success from day one.
Note: Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania Bar license and have 7+ years of law firm experience in corporate, transactional, and/or M&A work. In-house-only backgrounds are not a fit for this role. Candidates meeting these requirements are encouraged to apply.
