Location
This is a full-time, fully in-office opportunity in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Our team values face-to-face collaboration, close mentorship, and the ability to work directly alongside experienced litigators on active client matters.
Note
Candidates must have 1+ years of civil litigation experience, Wisconsin Bar admission, and a strong litigation foundation developed through meaningful training and mentorship from experienced litigators. We are also open to more experienced attorneys who are a strong fit.

Job Description
- Represent clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including business, construction, real estate, banking, and commercial disputes.
- Work closely with experienced partners on case strategy, client counseling, and management of active litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents.
- Manage written discovery, document review, deposition preparation, and other key phases of litigation.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, negotiations, and court proceedings.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide responsive, practical guidance throughout their matters.
- Collaborate with attorneys across the firm to develop effective litigation strategies and deliver strong client results.
- Build professional relationships through networking, community involvement, and business development activities.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the Wisconsin State Bar.
- 1+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Experience working and developing under seasoned litigators.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Experience with discovery, pleadings, motion practice, depositions, and litigation case management.
- Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Interest in developing a long-term legal practice and professional network in the Green Bay area.
