Pay: $120,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year

Location: Primarily on-site in Leesburg, Virginia, with limited work-from-home flexibility as needed.
Note: Must be a licensed attorney with 2+ years of relevant litigation experience. We strongly prefer someone who is genuinely passionate about integrating their faith into the practice of law.

Job Description
- Handle civil litigation matters from early case development through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation-related documents
- Support and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
- Work on employment disputes, church and nonprofit defense matters, business disputes, contract litigation, and related civil matters
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts in a professional and responsive manner
- Contribute to a team-oriented office that values collaboration, mentorship, and strong client service
Qualifications
- J.D. and active bar admission in Virginia or ability to become licensed promptly
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a professional, deadline-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
- Alignment with a faith-forward practice environment is strongly preferred
- Jury trial, arbitration, or clerkship experience is a plus
