Location: Hybrid opportunity based in Greenwich, Connecticut, offering the flexibility to split your time between the office and remote work while collaborating with an experienced litigation team.
Note: Applicants must be admitted to the Connecticut Bar and have at least 3+ years of employment litigation experience. Experience handling complex civil litigation matters is highly preferred.

Job Description
- Represent employers and business clients in employment litigation and complex civil litigation matters.
- Handle cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies that achieve favorable client outcomes.
- Defend clients in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, restrictive covenants, wrongful termination, and related employment claims.
- Manage discovery, including document production, written discovery, and witness preparation.
- Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.
- Build strong client relationships while collaborating with attorneys across multiple practice areas.
- Contribute to business development and maintain exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Connecticut Bar admission required.
- 3+ years of employment litigation experience.
- Experience handling complex civil litigation matters.
- Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience managing cases independently while balancing multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
- Trial experience is a plus.
