Job Description
- Manage auto property damage claim files from intake through resolution
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters, repair facilities, and related third parties
- Review and analyze vehicle damage estimates, invoices, and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate and timely case records within legal case management systems
- Communicate professionally with clients to gather information and provide updates
- Support the legal team with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive client information
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience handling pre-litigation auto property damage claims
- Prior legal administrative or personal injury law office experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple cases in a deadline-driven environment
- Clear communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Familiarity with document management or case management systems preferred
