Job Description

  • Manage auto property damage claim files from intake through resolution
  • Coordinate with insurance adjusters, repair facilities, and related third parties
  • Review and analyze vehicle damage estimates, invoices, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain accurate and timely case records within legal case management systems
  • Communicate professionally with clients to gather information and provide updates
  • Support the legal team with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive client information

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience handling pre-litigation auto property damage claims
  • Prior legal administrative or personal injury law office experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple cases in a deadline-driven environment
  • Clear communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with document management or case management systems preferred
