Location: This is a hybrid role based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with attorneys expected to work from the office three days per week to support collaboration, client service, mentorship, and team connection.
Note: Candidates must have 2+ years of traditional labor law experience, strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work effectively across offices. Pennsylvania Bar admission or eligibility to become admitted is strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Represent employers in traditional labor law matters involving unionized workforces
- Handle labor arbitrations, including preparation, strategy, witness coordination, and advocacy support
- Prosecute and defend unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board
- Assist with collective bargaining strategy, negotiations, and related labor relations matters
- Support union avoidance counseling and proactive labor relations planning
- Work on wage and hour class and collective action matters, especially those involving unionized employees
- Draft pleadings, position statements, briefs, memoranda, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Collaborate with attorneys across offices on complex labor and employment matters
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, agencies, and internal teams in a polished and professional manner
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on excellent client service and practical legal solutions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of traditional labor law experience
- Experience with labor arbitrations, NLRB unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, or union avoidance
- Wage and hour class or collective action experience is a plus
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across offices and practice groups
- Pennsylvania Bar admission or ability to become admitted is strongly preferred
- Interest in building a long-term career in Labor & Employment law
