Location: This is an on-site role based in our Seattle, WA office. We are also open to qualified candidates interested in our San Diego, CA office.
Note: Candidates must have 3+ years of actual family law practice experience and be licensed in good standing in the applicable state where they will practice.

Job Description
- Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, legal separation, and related issues.
- Counsel clients through complex and sensitive legal matters with professionalism, confidence, and care.
- Draft, prepare, and file motions, pleadings, agreements, and other family law documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to each client's goals.
- Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, negotiations, and depositions.
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal team members.
- Move cases forward efficiently while delivering strong legal guidance and advocacy.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of actual family law practice experience.
- Licensed and in good standing with the applicable State Bar.
- Experience handling divorce, custody, support, and related family law matters.
- Strong motion practice, legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
- Ability to manage cases independently in a busy legal environment.
- Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills.
