Location: This is a fully on-site opportunity at our Miami Lakes office, Monday through Friday.
Note: Must have legal experience, bilingual English/Spanish fluency, and true people management experience including KPI ownership, coaching, and accountability.

Job Description
- Lead, coach, and manage the Reductions team to hit departmental performance goals
- Oversee post-settlement workflows involving medical bills, liens, negotiations, and case closings
- Monitor KPIs tied to turnaround times, deposits, closing statements, and client experience
- Analyze workflows and identify bottlenecks, delays, and process gaps
- Implement process improvements using data, automation, and quality control measures
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong cross-functional coordination
- Develop and maintain SOPs to improve consistency, efficiency, and compliance
- Guide team members in negotiating reductions with providers, hospitals, and insurance parties
- Review documentation, communication logs, and follow-up activity for quality and accuracy
- Provide ongoing coaching, hold one-on-ones, and reinforce accountability across the team
- Support a high-service client experience through timely communication and professionalism
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in legal operations, operations management, financial negotiation, or another high-volume process-driven environment
- Experience managing teams of 10+ employees in a performance-based setting
- Strong track record of KPI ownership, process improvement, and team leadership
- Legal industry experience required
- Personal injury experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Litify, Salesforce, Excel, or similar reporting tools
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
