Note: Must be licensed and in good standing with the Illinois Bar, have 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience, have tried at least 3 civil jury trials to verdict, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Job Description
- Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution with a focus on strong client advocacy and case results.
- Investigate liability, damages, medical issues, and other key facts to build compelling cases.
- Draft, file, and argue discovery motions, law and motion matters, oppositions to motions for summary judgment, and other critical litigation documents.
- Develop and execute case strategy in collaboration with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals.
- Communicate consistently with clients and guide them through the litigation process with clarity and compassion.
- Handle complex and high-value litigation matters while continuing to strengthen courtroom and trial skills.
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive briefs, motions, and correspondence.
- Manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service.
Qualifications
- Illinois Bar license in good standing.
- 3+ years of directly relevant personal injury litigation experience.
- Minimum of 3 civil jury trials to verdict.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Strong knowledge of Illinois personal injury law, civil procedure, and litigation practices.
- Demonstrated trial, legal research, writing, case management, and client advocacy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, judgment, professionalism, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
