Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Location

Boca Raton, FL . Join our team at either Florida office, with occasional remote flexibility. We offer the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues in person while enjoying some flexibility to work from home.

Note

Candidates must hold an active Florida Bar license and have experience attending depositions and court hearings. At least 1 year of civil litigation experience is required, with 1+ years preferred. We welcome qualified attorneys from law firms, solo practices, and in-house legal backgrounds.

Job Description

• Manage and support civil litigation cases from initial pleadings through resolution.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and legal memoranda.
• Attend depositions, court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct legal research, evaluate evidence, and develop effective case strategies.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex disputes and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
• Maintain organized case files, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality legal work.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• 1+ years of professional civil litigation experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Hands-on experience attending depositions and court hearings.
• Experience drafting litigation documents, conducting discovery, and performing legal research.
• Strong written communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and contribute effectively within a collaborative team.
• Willingness to work primarily from our Jacksonville or Boca Raton office.
