Location: Sacramento, California – Work alongside an experienced litigation team in a collaborative, fully on-site office serving clients throughout Northern California.

Note: Active California Bar license and at least 2 years of litigation experience are required. Personal injury litigation experience is preferred but not required. Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

Job Description

  • Manage litigation matters involving personal injury claims throughout Northern California.
  • Handle cases from filing through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.
  • Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, experts, and medical providers.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to deliver outstanding client results.
  • Maintain organized case files while managing multiple litigation matters.

Qualifications

  • Active California Bar license.
  • 2+ years of litigation experience required.
  • Personal injury litigation experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Excellent organizational and case management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented.
  • Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
