Location: Boston, Massachusetts — hybrid schedule offering a balance of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.
Note: This role requires an active Massachusetts bar license and 3+ years of insurance litigation experience. Rhode Island bar admission is preferred but is not required.

Job Description
- Handle insurance litigation matters through various stages of the litigation process
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and develop well-supported litigation strategies
- Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
- Participate in hearings, depositions, negotiations, and other litigation proceedings as appropriate
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and support professionals while independently managing assigned responsibilities
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts bar license required
- 3+ years of insurance litigation experience required
- Strong litigation, legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple matters and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Rhode Island bar admission preferred
