Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Job Description
- Advise clients on ERISA and employee benefits matters, including compliance, counseling, and litigation.
- Work directly with benefit funds, labor unions, and employee-focused clients.
- Assist in designing and administering health and retirement benefit plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws governing employee benefit plans.
- Support labor and employment law matters as part of a diverse legal practice.
- Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, agreements, and legal opinions.
- Participate in client meetings, strategy discussions, negotiations, and court proceedings.
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys while developing increasing responsibility over client matters.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the New York Bar.
- 2+ years of labor, employment law, employee benefits, or ERISA experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters while providing outstanding client service.
- Commitment to employee rights and collaborative client representation is highly valued.
