Location: Sarasota, FL – Hybrid position offering flexibility with the opportunity for remote work while maintaining close collaboration with our legal team.
Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have at least 2 years of estate planning law experience. Probate experience is highly desirable.

Job Description
- Draft sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments.
- Advise individuals and families on estate planning strategies and wealth preservation.
- Prepare probate and estate administration documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex planning matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft high-quality legal correspondence.
- Manage matters independently while maintaining exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar license.
- 2+ years of estate planning attorney experience.
- Strong legal writing and drafting skills.
- Experience preparing sophisticated estate planning documents.
- Probate experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
