Location: Sarasota, Florida | Hybrid schedule with the flexibility to balance in-office collaboration and remote work.

Job Description

  • Prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
  • Support attorneys throughout the estate planning process from client intake through document execution.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information, answer questions, and coordinate appointments.
  • Organize and maintain client files while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and document workflows.
  • Coordinate document signings and ensure completed files are properly maintained.
  • Assist with general administrative and paralegal responsibilities to support the estate planning practice.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of estate planning law experience.
  • Estate Planning Legal Assistant experience is welcome.
  • Experience preparing estate planning documents.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-focused environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management software.
