Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have at least 2+ years of litigation experience. Trust & estate litigation experience is strongly preferred but experienced civil litigators with an interest in this practice area are encouraged to apply. Candidates within five years of law school graduation should include class rank on their resume. Local candidates or those committed to relocating to Southwest Florida are strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Represent clients in trust, estate, probate, and guardianship litigation matters.
- Manage litigation files from case evaluation through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
- Develop litigation strategy while working closely with senior leadership.
- Build strong client relationships through outstanding communication and service.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional legal results.
- Stay current on Florida trust, estate, and probate law developments.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Florida Bar license required.
- 2+ years of litigation experience required.
- Trust & estate litigation experience strongly preferred.
- Probate, guardianship, or estate administration experience is a plus.
- Excellent legal writing, research, and courtroom skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a desire for long-term professional growth.
- Tax LL.M. is a plus but not required.
