Location
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Westlake Village, CA, offering the opportunity to work closely with an experienced legal team in a professional boutique firm environment.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California and have 3+ years of directly relevant real estate law experience, including strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills.

Job Description
- Review, draft, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, management services agreements, operating agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Counsel escrow companies, title companies, real estate professionals, developers, lenders, and property owners on practical legal and business issues.
- Advise clients on governance, regulatory, licensing, and limited tax-related matters.
- Represent clients in state regulatory compliance and licensing matters.
- Draft real estate documents for residential and commercial transactions.
- Help clients identify, mitigate, and manage legal and business risk.
- Communicate directly with clients and keep matters moving efficiently.
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys and legal staff in a professional, client-focused environment.
- Support business development efforts as desired, though a book of business is not required.
Qualifications
- California Bar license required.
- 3+ years of relevant real estate law experience.
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating real estate agreements and related transactional documents.
- Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and client communication skills.
- Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a team.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and professional judgment.
- Comfortable working full-time in-office in Westlake Village, CA.
- Business-minded, client-focused, and interested in long-term professional growth.
