Location: New Orleans, Louisiana. This hybrid role offers a collaborative office environment combined with remote Fridays and a 4½-day workweek.

Job Description
- Lead structural design and analysis for residential and commercial projects
- Manage historic preservation and adaptive reuse projects
- Develop calculations, reports, and construction documents
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors throughout project lifecycles
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical development
- Assist with project planning and business development efforts
- Perform site visits and construction support activities
- Identify opportunities to improve sustainability and project efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 4+ years of structural engineering experience
- Experience with building design and construction documents
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with structural analysis and design software
- Authorized to work in the United States
