Location: York, Pennsylvania – This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in a welcoming, professional office environment where you'll work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
Note: Applicants must have at least 1 year of legal support experience in a law firm. Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and computer skills are essential.

Job Description
- Welcome clients and provide outstanding first impressions in person and over the phone.
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain attorney calendars.
- Prepare, scan, organize, and file legal documents.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals.
- Maintain accurate client files and records.
- Assist with general office operations to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and outside contacts.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of legal support experience in a law firm required.
- Receptionist, Legal Assistant, or Legal Secretary experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard office technology.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
