Job Description

  • Handle commercial and insurance defense litigation matters through all phases of the case.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal memoranda.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Argue motions in state and federal courts.
  • Participate in evidentiary hearings and other court proceedings.
  • Interview clients and witnesses and gather relevant case information.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas.
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with applicable court rules and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Active New Hampshire Bar license.
  • 1+ year of litigation experience.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Court appearance and deposition experience preferred.
  • Writing sample required.
