Location: Hybrid role based in the Mesa/Phoenix, Arizona area, offering a flexible structure while staying closely connected to the team and the work.

Note: Must be admitted to practice law in Arizona and have strong experience in civil litigation or another directly relevant practice area such as personal injury, probate, family law, or contract law.

Job Description

  • Manage a substantive caseload with a focus on high-impact matters including personal injury, probate, family law, contract disputes, and related civil matters
  • Deliver excellent client service through strong communication, responsiveness, and strategic legal guidance
  • Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, settlement materials, and other key legal documents
  • Handle case strategy, negotiations, hearings, and litigation-related responsibilities as needed
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on case planning, business growth, and long-term firm strategy
  • Support the development of the practice by helping expand the firm's reputation and reach in Arizona
  • Mentor and guide team members as the firm continues to grow
  • Contribute to a team culture built on advocacy, professionalism, and service

Qualifications

  • Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
  • 4+ years of attorney experience in civil litigation or a related practice area
  • Strong background in one or more of the following: personal injury, probate, family law, contract law, or other relevant civil matters
  • Strong drafting, advocacy, and case management skills
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with leadership and team members
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
  • Arizona residency preferred, but not required
