Location: On-site in Milwaukee, WI. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with ownership, project teams, subcontractors, and clients across the Southeastern Wisconsin market.
Note: Candidates must have strong commercial construction project management experience, estimating/pre-construction experience, and the ability to take ownership of projects and day-to-day operational responsibilities.

Job Description
- Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion
- Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, schedules, scopes, and project documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, inspectors, and client stakeholders
- Oversee project execution to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Review plans, identify project challenges early, and drive practical solutions
- Manage communication between ownership, clients, subcontractors, and internal team members
- Support operational improvements, project workflows, and company growth initiatives
- Help build structure, accountability, and consistency across day-to-day project operations
- Contribute as a senior leader with the potential to grow into a broader operational or ownership role
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferred
- Strong estimating and pre-construction experience required
- Experience managing commercial, industrial, retail, office, or community building projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, budgets, subcontractors, and client expectations
- Strong knowledge of construction schedules, scopes, drawings, change orders, and job costing
- Proven leadership skills with a proactive, take-charge approach
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with construction project management software preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, but not required with strong experience
