Location
San Francisco, California. This is a hybrid position that combines valuable in-office collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely.
Note:
Candidates must have an active California Bar license, 4+ years of civil litigation experience, and 2+ years of rideshare and UM/UIM defense experience. These are firm requirements.

Job Description
- Manage rideshare and uninsured/underinsured motorist defense matters from discovery through resolution
- Serve as the primary handling attorney on assigned cases based on experience
- Draft and argue substantive motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Handle written discovery and case strategy
- Make court appearances and represent clients throughout litigation
- Prepare for and participate in mediations and arbitrations
- Communicate directly with clients and provide clear case evaluations and updates
- Handle pre-trial preparation and support trial strategy
- Participate in trials when appropriate
- Work directly with partners while developing greater case ownership and leadership responsibility
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license
- 4+ years of civil litigation experience
- 2+ years of rideshare and UM/UIM defense experience
- Strong litigation, legal research, writing, and case-management skills
- Experience with motions, discovery, and depositions
- Ability to independently manage files and deadlines
- Strong client communication and professional judgment
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid San Francisco environment
