Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Austin, Texas. The role is designed for attorneys who value in-person collaboration, mentorship, courtroom preparation, and hands-on training.

Note

Candidates must be actively licensed to practice law in Texas and have 1+ years of experience practicing family law or personal injury law. Personal injury attorneys should have meaningful courtroom or litigation experience and a genuine interest in transitioning into family law. A strong work ethic and team mentality are essential.

Job Description

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, modification, enforcement, and related family law matters.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, settlement documents, and other legal filings.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, negotiations, depositions, and courtroom proceedings.
• Develop case strategies while working closely with experienced attorneys and legal support professionals.
• Communicate directly with clients and guide them through emotionally and financially significant legal matters.
• Manage deadlines, case files, and litigation responsibilities with strong attention to detail.
• Complete our structured attorney training program and continue developing your family law and courtroom skills.
• Collaborate with the entire legal team to deliver responsive, strategic, and high-quality representation.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license.
• 1+ years of practicing attorney experience in family law or personal injury litigation.
• Courtroom or meaningful litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and collaborative team mentality.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Austin.
• Genuine interest in building or continuing a career in family law.
