Location: This is a fully on-site position in Miami Lakes, FL, Monday through Friday, with occasional additional in-person trainings that may be scheduled on weekends with advance notice.

Note: Must have legal experience, be fluent in English and Spanish, and have proven people management experience in a performance-driven environment.

Job Description

  • Lead and mentor the intake team and support staff in a fast-paced legal environment
  • Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback
  • Develop and improve standards for screening, referrals, case review, and intake processes
  • Oversee centralized intake operations and collaborate with leadership across departments
  • Build and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
  • Establish and track monthly KPIs for team and individual performance
  • Monitor client service quality and resolve escalated issues promptly and professionally
  • Communicate with at-risk clients to improve retention and maintain trust in the firm
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans when needed
  • Audit files and documentation for quality, consistency, and compliance
  • Prepare reports on team productivity, case status, and operational performance
  • Analyze trends and implement strategies to improve efficiency and service
  • Support training, leadership development, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

  • Proven management or supervisory experience
  • Legal background required
  • Personal injury experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with KPI tracking, coaching, and quality control
  • Proficiency in Litify and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
