Location: Houston, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering close collaboration with an experienced litigation team in a professional and fast-paced office environment.
Note: Candidates must possess an active Texas Bar license and have at least 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Meaningful deposition experience is required. Jury trial experience is highly preferred.

Job Description
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain clear communication throughout the litigation process.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, demand packages, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
- Handle fact and expert depositions and coordinate with experts and witnesses.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings.
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to secure favorable outcomes.
- Prepare cases for trial and assist with first-chair or second-chair trial responsibilities.
- Review medical records, accident reports, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to advance cases efficiently.
- Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.
- Participate in business development and referral relationship activities.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active Texas Bar license.
- 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand letters.
- Significant deposition experience, including fact and expert depositions.
- Proven negotiation and case management skills.
- Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
- Civil jury trial experience is highly preferred.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
