Location
El Dorado Hills, California — a flexible hybrid role with a preference for in-office collaboration several days per week, while still allowing work-from-home balance.

Job Description
- Manage and assist with all phases of civil litigation from case intake through resolution
- Draft and respond to written discovery and conduct legal research
- Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations
- Draft, argue, and respond to motions, including dispositive motions
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams on case strategy and evaluation
- Participate in trials and assist with appellate briefing and arguments as needed
- Meet an annual billable hour expectation of approximately 1750 hours
Qualifications
- Active California State Bar license with no exceptions
- 1+ year of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal research and brief-writing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience arguing motions, trial work, or appellate matters is a plus
