Location: This is a fully on-site opportunity in Sacramento, California.

Note: Must be a California-barred attorney in good standing with 5+ years of litigation experience. Plaintiff personal injury experience is highly relevant.

Job Description

  • Handle all phases of litigation in plaintiff-side personal injury matters
  • Manage discovery, law and motion practice, court appearances, and depositions
  • Assist with and contribute to trial preparation
  • Manage an active caseload and help drive cases forward efficiently
  • Support strategy and execution on more complex litigation matters
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the court
  • Draft strong legal pleadings, motions, and written advocacy
  • Work closely with a team that values mentorship, growth, and high-quality legal work

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor required
  • Active California Bar license in good standing required
  • 5+ years of litigation experience required
  • Strong analytical, legal writing, and oral communication skills required
  • Plaintiff personal injury experience preferred
  • Experience with discovery, motion practice, hearings, depositions, and trial prep preferred
  • Strong professional judgment and ability to manage litigation responsibilities independently
