Location: Clifton, NJ – Work on-site in a collaborative office where you'll partner closely with attorneys and fellow legal professionals.
Note: Candidates must have at least 2+ years of litigation experience. Personal injury law experience is strongly preferred, but experienced litigation paralegals from other practice areas with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Description
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, correspondence, subpoenas, and legal documents.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.
- Coordinate medical records, expert reports, and litigation deadlines.
- Assist with trial preparation, depositions, mediations, and court filings.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, insurance carriers, and court personnel.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of case milestones.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
- 1+ year of personal injury law experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and case management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience drafting litigation documents and managing deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
