About us

We are a full-service Bucks County law firm with over three decades of experience serving businesses, nonprofits, families, and individuals throughout the greater Philadelphia region. Our attorneys handle a broad range of matters — from corporate transactions and M&A to litigation, employment law, real estate, and comprehensive estate and wealth planning — and we take pride in developing lasting client relationships built on responsiveness, practical counsel, and genuine investment in each client's long-term goals. Confidential Employer.

Job description

  • Counsel individual and family clients on comprehensive estate planning strategies, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives
  • Advise on tax planning considerations in the context of estate and gift transfer strategies
  • Handle estate and trust administration matters from inception through closing, including probate filings, asset inventories, beneficiary distributions, and court accountings
  • Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's corporate, real estate, and family law practices on matters with estate planning intersections
  • Build and maintain direct client relationships — you will be a trusted advisor, not just a document preparer
  • Contribute to a growing practice group with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility over time

Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania Bar license (required)
  • 4+ years of estate planning law experience (required)
  • Solid command of wills, trusts, estate administration, and related tax planning concepts
  • LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning (a significant plus, not required)
  • Solo practice background considered
  • Strong client communication skills and ability to manage matters independently
  • Bucks County or Montgomery County residence strongly preferred

Why you will love working here

With over 30 years in the community, the firm has built a reputation that gives its attorneys instant credibility with clients — and a book of relationships that translates into meaningful, substantive work. You will have room to grow, the support of a capable and collaborative team, and a practice setting that combines the depth of a full-service firm with the culture of a close-knit office.
