Location
This is a fully on-site position in Miami Lakes, FL, offering a collaborative, high-energy office environment.

Must have legal experience and proven experience managing large teams with KPI ownership, coaching, and performance optimization.

Job Description
- Oversee Senior Production, Medical Management, and Reductions departments
- Analyze performance data and identify trends to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Implement KPI-driven coaching to increase team productivity and accountability
- Develop and execute action plans to address performance gaps
- Lead large teams with hands-on management, coaching, and intervention when needed
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement data-backed process improvements
- Monitor real-time KPIs and ensure consistent performance across departments
- Partner with leadership to align departmental goals with firm strategy
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and client experience
- Take an active, execution-focused approach to solving operational challenges
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, business intelligence, or performance-driven leadership roles
- Experience managing large teams with 50+ indirect reports and multiple direct reports
- Strong background in KPI ownership, performance optimization, and coaching
- Legal industry experience required
- Proven ability to drive data-driven process improvements in high-volume environments
- Strong analytical, leadership, and execution skills
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
