Location:Full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, Missouri.
Note:Must be licensed and in good standing in Illinois and must have hands-on personal injury litigation experience handling Illinois matters (plaintiff or defense). No trial experience required.

Job Description
- Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from intake through resolution, focused on Illinois matters
- Meet with clients, build trust, and guide them through the legal process with compassion and clarity
- Evaluate claims, assess damages, and develop practical case strategies
- Draft and respond to litigation documents, discovery, demand packages, and settlement communications
- Communicate with insurers and opposing counsel regarding claims, demands, and offers
- Prepare cases for trial as needed (trial experience not required, but litigation readiness matters)
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to keep cases moving efficiently and hit deadlines
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- 2+ years (up to 5 years) of personal injury experience (plaintiff or defense)
- Active Illinois Bar license in good standing
- Demonstrated experience litigating Illinois PI matters
- Strong negotiation skills and sound judgment in valuing claims
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage deadlines in a busy environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
