Location: This is a full-time, on-site position in our Fairfax, VA office, offering the opportunity to work closely with clients, attorneys, and team members in a collaborative office environment.
Note: Candidates must have a Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to any U.S. state bar in good standing. Immigration law experience is strongly preferred, especially experience representing clients in immigration proceedings.

Job Description
- Represent clients in a range of immigration matters, including cases before the Virginia and Maryland Immigration Courts.
- Prepare legal filings, evidence packets, motions, briefs, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct legal research and stay current on immigration law, policy changes, and procedural updates.
- Meet with clients to assess case needs, explain legal options, and develop case strategy.
- Advocate for clients with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Work closely with attorneys and support staff to move cases forward efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines, hearings, and filing requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree required.
- Admission to any U.S. state bar in good standing required.
- 2+ years of immigration law experience preferred.
- Experience appearing before immigration courts strongly preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach.
- Commitment to serving the immigrant community with professionalism and care.
