Location: Sarasota, FL – Hybrid position offering flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with our team.

Note: Candidates should have at least 2 years of probate paralegal or probate legal assistant experience. Experience preparing probate and trust administration documents is strongly preferred.

Job Description

  • Prepare probate and trust administration documents from inception through completion.
  • Assist attorneys throughout probate and estate administration matters.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third parties.
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate documentation, filings, and correspondence.
  • Support a collaborative legal team while delivering exceptional client service.
  • Manage multiple matters with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of probate paralegal or probate legal assistant experience.
  • Experience preparing probate and trust administration documents.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
