Job Description

  • Provide litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of civil cases
  • Assist with drafting, formatting, and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
  • Coordinate document production, review, and organization
  • Assist with deposition preparation, trial preparation, and exhibits
  • Conduct basic legal and factual research as needed
  • Communicate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel under attorney direction
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of litigation support experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
  • Familiarity with civil litigation procedures and court filings
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency with legal document management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Professional communication skills and team-oriented mindset
