Location

This is a 100% on-site position in Irvine, California, offering a professional office environment, direct collaboration with your team, and the ability to move cases quickly and efficiently.

Note

This role requires an active California Bar license and at least 2 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience. Candidates without direct PI settlement experience will not be considered.

Job Description

  • Manage a full pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement
  • Investigate liability, damages, and coverage to maximize case value
  • Negotiate settlements directly with insurance carriers and adjusters
  • Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and opposing parties
  • Lead and collaborate with assigned case staff to move cases efficiently
  • Maintain accurate, organized case files within case management systems
  • Drive timely resolutions while delivering an excellent client experience

Qualifications

  • Active California Bar license in good standing
  • 2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience with settlement responsibility
  • Proven negotiation skills with insurance carriers
  • Strong communication, organization, and case ownership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required
