Location
This is a 100% on-site position in Irvine, California, offering a professional office environment, direct collaboration with your team, and the ability to move cases quickly and efficiently.
Note
This role requires an active California Bar license and at least 2 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience. Candidates without direct PI settlement experience will not be considered.

Job Description
- Manage a full pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement
- Investigate liability, damages, and coverage to maximize case value
- Negotiate settlements directly with insurance carriers and adjusters
- Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and opposing parties
- Lead and collaborate with assigned case staff to move cases efficiently
- Maintain accurate, organized case files within case management systems
- Drive timely resolutions while delivering an excellent client experience
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience with settlement responsibility
- Proven negotiation skills with insurance carriers
- Strong communication, organization, and case ownership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required
