Location
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in North Scottsdale, Arizona. We believe close collaboration, mentorship, and client interaction are important to success in this role, so attorneys will work with our team in the office.
Note
Candidates must have a JD, 3+ years of attorney experience, and at least 1+ year of direct experience with estate tax and/or probate and trust administration. Our primary target is an attorney with approximately 3 to 5 years of experience who is ready to continue building a specialized trusts and estates practice.

Job Description
- Advise clients on estate tax, estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters.
- Manage probate and trust administration matters from initial client consultation through completion.
- Analyze estate and fiduciary issues and provide practical, well-reasoned legal guidance.
- Draft, review, and revise estate planning, probate, trust, and related legal documents.
- Research estate tax, probate, trust, and fiduciary law issues and translate complex concepts into clear recommendations.
- Communicate directly with clients and help guide families through sensitive and important legal and financial decisions.
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys and other professionals to develop effective estate and wealth planning strategies.
- Take increasing ownership of matters while continuing to develop your technical and client advisory skills.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- 3+ years of attorney experience.
- 1+ year of direct estate tax and/or probate and trust administration experience.
- Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in North Scottsdale.
