Location: This is a hybrid role based in McKinney, TX, with in-office collaboration expected and flexibility available for the right partner-level attorney.
Note: Candidates must have an active Texas law license, a complementary practice area, and some portable business. A larger established book of business is preferred but not required.

Job Description
- Bring and continue developing a complementary legal practice within a strong North Texas firm platform.
- Manage client relationships, legal matters, strategy, and service delivery with autonomy and professionalism.
- Handle matters in your practice area while collaborating with attorneys across related practice groups.
- Leverage firm systems, support staff, and operational infrastructure to better serve clients and grow your practice.
- Cross-collaborate with other attorneys on matters involving litigation, business law, construction, contracts, real estate, estate planning, transactional work, or other aligned areas.
- Contribute to the firm's continued growth through client service, relationship development, and strategic practice expansion.
- Help strengthen the firm's reputation as a trusted legal resource for clients throughout North Texas and beyond.
Qualifications
- Active Texas law license required.
- Partner-level or senior attorney experience required.
- Some portable business required.
- Complementary practice area required.
- Experience in commercial litigation, construction law, business litigation, corporate law, real estate, contract law, eminent domain, estate planning, probate, transactional law, or another aligned practice area preferred.
- Strong client relationship skills, professional judgment, and ability to manage matters independently.
- Interest in growing within a collaborative, established law firm platform.
