Location:
Atlanta, Georgia – This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to work alongside an experienced litigation team in a collaborative office environment.
Note:
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and have at least 1 year of civil litigation experience. Personal injury experience is welcomed but not required. No solo practice experience will be considered for this role.

Job Description
- Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and experts.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to maximize case outcomes.
- Maintain organized case files and meet litigation deadlines.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
- 1+ year of civil litigation experience.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow as a litigator.
