Location: Roseland, NJ (Hybrid). Enjoy a flexible schedule with four days in the office and one remote workday each week.
Note: Applicants must be admitted to practice law in New Jersey and have at least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience. Medical malpractice experience is highly preferred.

Job Description
- Handle a personal caseload of personal injury matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
- Manage discovery, depositions, and client communications.
- Attend court appearances, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex medical malpractice and catastrophic injury matters.
- Negotiate settlements and assist with trial preparation.
- Maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional advocacy.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Bar license required.
- 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery.
- Excellent communication and case management abilities.
- Medical malpractice experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented litigation environment.
