Location:
Albion, Michigan – This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll work hands-on with modern manufacturing equipment alongside a collaborative production team.
Note:
Applicants must have at least 2+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Job Description
- Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Minimize equipment downtime through timely diagnostics and repairs.
- Partner with production teams to identify equipment issues and improve reliability.
- Document maintenance activities and update assigned work orders.
- Assist with installation and setup of new manufacturing equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and equipment performance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical degree or maintenance certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
