ABOUT THE ROLE
The Talent Acquisition Intern will provide administrative and recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition team. This role offers practical experience in sourcing, candidate management, recruitment marketing, interview coordination, onboarding support, and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate Sourcing
- Search for potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and identify candidates that match job requirements.
- Support recruiters in generating candidate leads for open positions.
ATS Management
- Update and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
- Ensure candidate information and application statuses are accurate and up to date.
- Organize candidate profiles and recruitment data.
- Assist with maintaining recruitment trackers and reports.
Recruitment Support
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications as needed.
- Support recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- With minimal experience or familiarity with Recruitment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn and interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
