About the job Executive Accounting Assistant for French Clientele

The applicant must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience as an Executive Assistant as well as knowledge of U.S. and French bookkeeping and accounting tasks.

In this position, the applicant will be required to perform the following duties:

· Perform general administrative duties in accordance with administrative structures put in place for internal communication as well as external communication with the companys French clientele

· Assist in creating regular financial reports for French clientele, translated to French accounting standards;

· Organize the bookkeeping processes of the companys clients;

· Assist in reconciling financial books including incoming and outgoing funds and preparing reconciliation reports for clients;

· Assist in preparing financial budgets and tracking expenses to assist the company to provide guidance to French investors;

· Assist Accountants and CPA partner in the preparation of tax returns in compliance with U.S. laws and regulations as well as U.S.-France treaty;

· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for Orcom's French and U.S. clients for review by Accountants;

· Assist in matters pertaining to human resources including employees on-boarding process, payroll, as well as vendors and subcontractors payments.

· Resolve customer complaints, and answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures; and

· Conducting accounting research to enable the company to finalize strategies for French clients.
